It's stealth fun having a prominent Canadian car review show for the "location spotting" element to it... early in the video, you can see they went basically straight up Jane street to get onto the highway -> you can see the Long Hoa Buddist Community of Ontario facility, and then many of the restaurants and shops further up... I'm up and down many of these routes regularly, and my inner child car nerd is going "I was on the same street as one of the first Revueltos in Canada!"

When you mentioned Muskoka and then Port Carling, I almost lost it. I spent the summers of my youth precisely where you arrived. Unlike current residents, we were not rich--not even close--just a family of eight supported by my father's modest salary. The one treat is that he would rent a cottage on Lake Rosseau every summer and we would spend our time swimming, boating, and exploring the woods. Often, we would walk the mile from the cottage to Port Carling and get some ice cream and watch all the boats coming and going, and of course the locks lowering/raising the water between Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka. It is God's country, and I miss it deeply (I am old now, far from Canada). I especially miss the smell of fresh air and falling asleep so easily. Occasionally I would wake up in the middle of the night and step out on the front deck and watch the northern lights roll over the horizon with a backdrop of a million stars. It does sadden me that it has become the realm of the rich. What does this have to do with Lambos? Nothing. But just the sight of my old stomping grounds cheered me up. Thank you for that.

As much of a fan as I am of the Aventador, the Revuelto looks like the beginning of another legendary addition to the Lambo V12 stable. Remember, the same critiques were said by Richard Hammond when the Aventador first came out. Give it time, we'll love this one too. Gracias Throttle House.
@rahulsudhir6663 ай бұрын
I agree. However, there have already been a couple of high profile cases of the Revuelto just randomly choosing to die and the electronics completely going out. So I think it'd be safe to say that those electric motors will quite likely be the bane of Revuelto ownership. You also gotta be extra careful to make sure you don't leave anything "unnecessary" on while the car is in park. Else the battery drains within an hour or so. I've 2 friends who've gotten an allotment and they're kinda worried they'd end up with a temperamental car akin to the SF90 which one of them coincidentally owns.
@kishlayverma66223 ай бұрын
@@rahulsudhir666 the good thing is that most of hybrid faults like these are fixable with software updates, most 1st model year cars have these problems and these revueltos are likely the very first of the first model year cars.
@rahulsudhir6663 ай бұрын
@@kishlayverma6622 Agreed. But the issue with the SF90 are still not completely ironed out. That's the reason why their values have dropped drastically in such a short period. The depreciation seen is almost similar to that of GTC4 Lussos and the other "non-special" Ferraris. As much as I hate to admit it, the 296 seems to be an overall better product.
@kishlayverma66223 ай бұрын
@@rahulsudhir666 the sf90 has become a lot better and the fact that its tanking in value isn't because of those hybrid failures, its because the thing is not as characterful as its predecessors, something 296 has, the 296 has very similar hybrid system to that of sf90 mius the front motors. Saying that sf90 has become a lot more reliable, just look at shmee who does roadtrips in it without any issue.
@rahulsudhir6663 ай бұрын
@@kishlayverma6622 I've been subbed to Shmee for a long time and one thing I've noted is that he's very careful when it comes to talkin about Ferrari. Especially of late since he's definitely tryin to get one of their exclusive models. We've 3 SF90s in our circle and one of them has had a few issues down the line apart from the recalls that happened. But the boys kept quiet cos they too are hopeful of gettin allocations of some of the limited edition cars. Another thing that I personally dislike about both the SF90 and the 296 is that they're not really mod friendly.

A stone can easily get kicked up and fired by a tire at quite high speeds, especially since the damage probably happened on the highway since the car arrived at the burger place with the hole there. The best driving shoes out there to me are Vibran Five Fingers; I break with my big toe. I accelerate most of the time with my big toe.

You guys should start doing track reviews once in a while and come to NH at Club motorsports. Best track in the northeast.

That green looks REALLY nice. Me personally, if those black fins on the doors were body coloured, it would look sooo good.

This went exactly as I wanted it to emotionally gripping lol 😂. Yay. James has a incredible singing voice. As I already knew. Thomas delivers in this as well with his best friend/brother But I want to know two things. One. What happened when you return the car damage. Did they take the Land Rover away as payment. Lol Second thing is your camera man dan secretly a boss Because he used his angry ceo tone at James. Are they still besties. Tune in next episode to find out. Ps Thomas has perfect hair the entire day and it was magnificent. I’m happy. Also. Harrison we love you bro Karston as well.

I moved from Whitby ON when I was 20 to BC. Now 40, I remember there being good back roads to drive in Whitby. Prove me right TH while I go scale this mountain in my backyard.

People who buy this types of cars, sometimes I wonder where they work, because I've been a doctor for more than 8 years and I have still not gotten my dream car.

Of course this type of cars are not meant for salary earners because salary job is just like modern slavery. You work for 8 years and you couldn't buy a car

You work for 8 years and you couldn't buy a car while some people are just investing little coin in the stock market and they're making millions of dollars.
