Model car show/contest 2021 Derby City Modelers Ohio Valley show

The Derby City Model Car Builders put on a GREAT show with over 250 models entered. This was a contest you did not want to miss! The 4th Annual Ohio Valley Regional Model Car Contest & Swap Meet held July 17, 2021 in Louisville, KY.
The show was SO BIG that I had to break it down into a 2 part series. This is part 1 with the model car contest. Part 2 will be the HUGE swap meet that filled an entire gymnasium! That video is linked at the end of this video.

Doing a great job, I like your videos. Quite a few of the models being entered today are works of art with a backstory. They are a study in cultural anthropology. You could spend 20 minutes studying each one as the modeler explains whatvhe or she did and it still wouldn't be enough. Keep up they great work. I will go back and revisit these videos from time to time.

As to the speed, you could slow down just a little. I liked how you talked to the builder about the build. I also liked the stills at the end, it helped show some of the detail.

Great video as usual. The hardest part of making a video in a public place is the public. I mean people always want to stop & talk. And it's hard not to film people who might not want to be recorded. I enjoyed this video. The length of this video is well worth it being 34 minutes long. I dont mind the quickness when transitioning from one model to the next. However, you do move too quickly around the model. I enjoy looking at the engine and the model but with how quickly you move, its a little to fast. There were a few models you did move at a nice speed when looking at the model at the 12:15 mark. That was a nice speed and you went slow showing the interior.
