I know that feeling. Trying playing the beginning on very slow and work your way up as you start to get a higher streak..well that's what worked for me anyways. Also I have a tip, use one hand to play the beginning not two...hold the green button down with your index finger and use the rest to hit the notes. that made it easier for me.

Jordan in GH2 was far worse. Dragonforce had the decency of letting you know right from the start what you had gotten into. Jordan made you believe it was just an low-average difficulty song then a small solo started and out of nowhere the most unreadable, inconsistent stream of notes appeared on screen mocking you for ever daring to even play the song.

I remember being 13 and a group of us going to my crush's house after school. I always thought the player had to press at exactly the right moment when the note reaches the bottom, like when you play with a controller. But after years I finally picked up a guitar and while playing I curiously discovered that you can simply hold down a note and when it reaches the bottom, it will automatically hit the note! for example at 3:10, if he presses a note too soon he won't make a mistake, the note will automatically hit when it reaches the bottom, meaning he doesn't always have to press it at the exact moment. like when you play on a standard controller or games like DDR, osu! etc.. After that day I finally discovered how there are such good players in Guitar Hero.
