There's a way to whistle by inhaling as much as exhaling. I bet he's doing that inbetween to keep it up. I've whistled whole playlists of music at work cause of it, sp it's possible. Obviously he had some breaks(as would anyone) saliva build up, a bigger whole breath, etc. Practice makes perfect for sure
