as someone who picked up the flute "only" one year ago and learn myself, i think i can tackle any songs now, i just need some time to recognize every note and practice the piece so yeah everyone can pick up the flute but thats true for everything in my opinion, if you are interested in something and practice it you will definitely be able to get praised by everyone that dont know shit about it. What's truly difficult is being an expert about it and get recognized by those on the very very top, or just being first at something in general.

If you are a nerdie, even if you play ridicilously faster, doesnt matter, you just average guitarist of every school. But if you got that handsome look, 4 chords makes you peoples attention point. And about rocksmith, i prefer guitar hero over it cause Rocksmith is mostly about lerning a song, it just doesnt feels like a game if you know what i mean. It just makes me do what i normally do.
