bro, you are a life savior. I started having sciatica pain 5-6 month ago at 21 years old and it was so frustrating since I am really an athletic guy, doing mma, basketball, soccer, running and weightlifting, it was bad on my mental health, depression... I started doing seated good morning with dumbbell, split squat, pigeon pose maybe 1 week ago and today I went for back extension and I can finally lift my leg up while sitting without pain! This is so motivating and I am so grateful that I discovered this channel. Not only i know I will heal but I have such a great posture now too! It boosts the confidence, makes my breathing better. I finally have proof that I will heal 100%! I will never forget you, you overcame your herniated disc and now you're the reason why so many people will heal their herniated disc, I am a forever subscriber to this channel ! Love you man, from the bottom of my heart. Keep doing what you do!

@@RTBz04 Yup, prioritize back healing over all secondary goals for right now. Gentle mobility is okay, but first focus should be back resilience.

Is doing yoga same as atg cause many poses with weights in atg are yoga poses ? So will doing yoga help same benefits
@JonDalysMiniFridgeАй бұрын
Yoga (especially vinyasa and power yoga) train flexibility and mobility. The main difference ive found as someone who quit lifting and only did yoga and golf for a year in order to get rid of back pain is that yoga instructors tend to focus on glute flexing when it comes to extension. So you will never train the muscles of the low back except for some minor cat cow and upward facing dog which only have maybe 5-10 reps over a 30-45min session. Once i started actually hitting the low back with the back extension machine i could feel the muscles strengthening and gaining the necessary strength needed to make sitting and movement feel good. I love power yoga and do it on my rest days as im 36 and feel the pain of office life. Mobility does not equal strength. Mobility + strength will give you long term benefits

Shout out to all four of you. You're doing great work, thank you for your efforts and providing your knowledge and experience to us all.💪🙏 I'm 35 and have been dealing with back pain since I was 14. I slipped a disc then and it has been giving me issues every since. I've done some of ATG exercises but they never hit home until LBA was brought to my attention. My journey is only in it's infancy but now I have hope I can heal myself and become stronger without pain. 💪🦵

It's on the cause of back pain but yeah it can be hard to drive if you have back pain
@so3867Ай бұрын
@@driftadvocate1839 driving is the most chronically bilateral thing you can do in modern day life. There is no other thing that is done consistently in the average persons lives for the amount of time that we do it. And yes it’s probably responsible for a lot of not most back pain because it starts to create asymmetries in both upper and lower body from as early as 15. I know people who don’t even have back pain but present with the typical asymmetrical pattern of left shoulder up, right shoulder down, rotated pelvis, etc. I’ve read a lot of literature on back pain and driving is the one common implicated cause across most of the literature.
