9:32 Janet is known for being a more choreographed artist learning extremely intricate and precise moves. She is known on tour to LOVEEE flexibile and backbending 8 counts. She also does alot of floor choreography that is physical. Michael is more of a freestyle dancer where his magic relies on the spare of the moment. Love to see him at work.

Yes! Every Janet Jackson backup dancer says that her dances Are the hardest choreographies they have ever learned. Her versatility is where she shines. You throw any dance at her and she'll master it. At 50yo Janet was doing the chicken head to Nicki Minaj's chunli at and it was smooth AF. Michael would dance the chicken head in a way that it would be his own version of the dance...and it would be dope.

I always said that Janet was better or to be fair to Michael fans equal. The only thing Mike had over her was popularity and singing. Janet had the songs/ music and the dancing down. She was definitely way more versatile than he was. And to be clear Michael was way more inspired by Janet than the other way around. He loved her dance countdown break. He loved her Rhythym Nation album and the songs “The Knowledge and Rhythym Nation” because the bass lick drove him wild. Janet made her own lane.

SCREAM was released in the summer of 1995. It was the first single from Michael's "HISTORY", an double disc album featuring his greatest hits at the time on Disc 1 and new music on Disc 2. Among the topics MJ mentioned on this album were the recent allegations of child molestation he faced as well as all the other things tabloids said about him. Notorious B.I.G. and Shaquille O'Neal feature on the songs "THIS TIME AROUND" and "2 BAD" respectively. The album also contained what would become MJ's final #1 hit "YOU ARE NOT ALONE" (written and co-produced by R Kelly). Other singles released from this album were "THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US", "CHILDHOOD", and "STRANGER IN MOSCOW" which were all hits.

"Oh my God I could not believe what I saw as I turned on the TV. I was disgusted by all of the injustice." "In complete darkness we are all the same. It is only our knowledge and wisdom that separates us. Don't let your eyes deceive you" Janet has always been my all time singer in the world. Just from the line that closes Rhythm Nation 1814. Micheal will be a legend long into the future after myself and my kids children are long gone, as will Janet. Just off of this alone. Off the Wall 1978 #1 Thriller 1982 #1 Control 1986 #1 Bad 1987 #1 Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814 1989 #1 Dangerous 1991 #1 Janet. 1993 #1 HIStory Past Present & Future Book I 1995 #1 Velvet Rope 1997 #1 All For You 2001 #1 Invincible 2001 #1 Damita Jo 2004 #2 20 Y.O. 2006 #2 Discipline 2008 #1 Xscape 2014 #1 Unbreakable 2015 #1 Between Janet and Michael......The chart dominance shown here is proof alone of their power. 14 #1 albums between them. Janet's Control has hit #1 3 different times, in 3 different decades. Rhythm Nation has not only the highest grossing debut tour of all time, but is the ONLY album in history to have 7 top 5 singles, (4 went #1) and have a #1 single in 3 different calendar years. (89, 90, 91) Michael hit a record 7 grammys for Thriller, and Janet hit 8 Billboards for Rhythm Nation. Both instances were in a single night folks. I could literally go on and on and on about the accolades. But there was one thing that topped it all. I was born in 1978, the year of Off The Wall. The privilege of seeing/hearing all of this music as it arrived in our world for the last 43 years is beyond anything. I lived in the pinnacle of musical greatness. Nothing before it was at the levels I got to see. And nothing after will be the same level.

To be honest Michael was the closest to Marlon during their childhood because they were the closest in age. But Michael was then the closest to Latoya during the mid to late 1970s to the late 1980s, due to all of his older brothers got married and was moving on with their personal lives. You clearly saw that because Latoya was sent to NY with MJ during the filming of 'The Wiz', Latoya was in about three of his videos throughout the 80s and they were the only two of the siblings left in family house. But Latoya got involved with her husband at the time in the late 1980s, which led her to abandon and hurt her family. However, MJ and Latoya mended their relationship in the early 2000s because you saw them together in paparazzi photos and she accompanied him to the BET Awards. He respected Janet as artist and as his sister and adored her as his baby sister. He always had a sweet spot for her.
