Throwing Technique - Standing & Jump Shot U15 - Handballtraining Koprivica | Handball inspires

With the last step, top players in handball develop a lot of power for the standing or jump shot. Igor Koprivica from Asker SK Handball shows us a technique training for the two throws. He explicitly deals with the last step and gives his players many technique tips and explanations. He uses both feet for the last step and the element of bending while the standing shot. While with the jump shot 3 different throwing moments are trained: Throw at the jump, at the highest point and at the landing.

Tolles Video. Meine U12 (D-Jgd) hat er auch noch ganz schön zu knabbern an der ein oder anderen Stelle. Vor allem die Neuzugänge jetzt nach zwei Jahren Corona. Schade, dass man keine Übersetzung für die Hinweise des Trainers bekommt. Wäre zweifelsohne lehrreich. Aber auch so top. Ich freue mich über alles in dieser Altersklasse. Weiter so und Danke!

Sehr cool, leider sind die Bänke in den Hallen meistens höher als hier. Wird dann für Kinder schwer mit dem Schritt darüber.

Hej Joners, definitiv! Stoffbalken oder umgedrehte Hüttchen könnten ebenfalls helfen. Es muss ein Mix sein aus: Konzentriert rüber steigen, aber nicht „zu“ untypische Bewegungen machen. Martin
