Wow, these are all great flashlights! The wider beam of the T2 is better for indoor use. The T3 looks great for spotting anything at a longer distance; or blinding someone!

I have a T1, and I carry it everyday in my pocket wherever I go. For the size it got good illumination. It has visited the floor quite amount of times, from different heights, and kept working with no problems at all. The dimming function is well appreciated. The only complaint I have is that after a while it overheats so bad that it have to cool it down for a while. Do the new ones, perform without this problem? Thanks for the opportunity to express myself.

That infinite ramp is quite useful and nice that thrunite is keeping consistent with USB recharging on these lights.

That's a tough comparison between the T2 and the T3. I really like most of the features of the T3, but if I could choose, I would pick the T2 for the following reasons. First, the T3 has a SST 40 Led, and that tends to look greenish at lower settings. The T2 has a XHP 70 Led in it which I believe looks nicer and not so green. Second, while the infinity ramping is very nice, I like to know approximately how long a light will run at a given output. It is very hard to do that if you don't know what specific output your light is on. My second reason is not as important as my first, but It is still something that I would prefer. Thrunite flashlights have always been a crowd pleaser in our family. This coming Christmas will be the T3, I just buy 5 and I’m done with shopping and everyone is very happy! I do the same for Birthdays! Although after the first Birthday everyone knows what their getting, still, never had a complaint! Great stuff Thrunite, you make my shopping list easy!

It'd be cool to see some SOS or beacon modes on these thrunites. And maybe some options on the clip style. I really like the clips from the tc 15 v1 and v2. The tc15 v1 has been my EDC for 2 years strait now.

Another Great Torch THRUNITE T3 follow the same format as the T2 but with the ramping instead stepless dimming that goes back to low after stopping on mid mode .

The T3 looks like a great EDC light. I am looking for new camping flashlight and the T3 would perfect. Love the flat bottom and the ramping up and down interface. The dual direction clip would be perfect for attaching to a hat to leave your hands free. Over 2200 lumens is nice and bright. I have 2 other Thrunites and they are excellent - very well made and will last me a long time. Love Thrunite.

Does the T2 have the same battery as the T3? Real cool flashlights. And good idea with the flat bottom, as indeed flashlight can easily light a dark room if you put them standing and lighting the white ceiling. GJ

The T2 or T3 would be awesome. But can see and advantage to having both. I ride through the fields at night a lot checking cattle and for predators. Occasionally I have to hunt for a couple. Currently I use an older BSS model.

It is true people want to know how bright their light can get but I also want to know how long can it maintain that level of brightness. To me, Low/Medium/High are more important than the brief time you get on the turbo before it shuts itself down to protect it from overheating. I would love to include how long each light lasts at high in the reviews. I want a set of lumens I can count on so instead of 2713 for 9-minutes stepping down to 961 lumens for 90 minutes...I'd rather have a light that does 1200 for a set time without it changing until the battery is about to die. Is that not possible? If you are searching for a missing child, you can turn your light, say medium, look at your watch, and know how long you have before needing to charge or put in a second battery.

Another great flashlight (T3) from Thrunite. The T2 is one of my favorite flashlights (so many good choices from TN); the 21700 battery gives it about 50% more battery capacity than the highest capacity 18650 batteries so it is great for longer outings, while still being very compact. A lot of flashaholics prefer ramped to stepped output and now they can have that with the T3 and still have all of the good features of the T2 - choice is good. I do think the reviewer was a bit too kind to the other flashlights: having to carry a special charging cord with magnetic connector is a nuisance, and worse if it is lost. The ability to plug in a standard USB-C connector for charging is a great advantage.
