Thrunite is my favorite flashlight brand. And TC15 is my favorite Thrunite. It has a very nice combination of size, user interface(like the most other Thrunite's the best at the market) and mode spacing. Many other flashlights of other brands have too close steps between the brightness levels. Thrunite has got it PERFECT. The difference is significant enough to determine what mode is on when you turn on the light. You may not always be sure what mode you used last time, especially if you use other flashlights as well. I prefer standard knurling instead of this pattern which is a bit slippery. Fortunately I also have Thrunite Neutron 2C V3 which has standard knurling, and the bodies are interchangeable! So I can use TC15 with Neutron body. But that is for the black TC15. I have an MT Outsider as well, and I like that even more. Actually the desert tan color has a slightly matt surface which provides more friction than the black. Recently I ordered another TC15 MT Outsider and Neutron 2C V3. I like to have extra samples of such a great lights. My personal choice for every flashlight is neutral white tint, when it's an option. And Thrunite offers practically all models in both cool and neutral white.

The first thing I noticed was the great colour, I really like it. The second was you were at the camp you built in the meadow, its a great place to do your reviews as you said Charlie. All your reviews I find interesting and I love the fact that you tell us what you like and what you aren't keen on, honesty is a huge factor for me and having worked with salesmen I know better than to trust them and what they say about a product. The headlamp I brought for Steve through one of your reviews is in my sons words brilliant, its still going strong.
