Yesto Yes, a few weeks ago the T300RS was 279€. (Germany) I actually purchased one, but had to send it back, because it really makes no sense without a proper mount for the pedals. (Also the fan annoyed me a bit. And it did not stop in idle like I read it's supposed to with the newest firmware.) And Logitech replaced their G27 with a much more expensive G29 (which still has the same internal parts). So it's not the best time to get a new wheel (only if you can get a good deal).

I do not understand the reason.. servo base.. suggested retail price of €279.99 , $259.99 ( 280 euro = 312,79$ ) with 280 euro you can buy the set tx racing wheel ferrari 458 italia edition. I can not understand the policy of predatory

I bought Thrustmaster TX set (stock pedals and stock rim) for 310 EUR in Europe - and why i should buy TX Servo: €279 as maybe i would not like the wheel at all. So finally i upgraded my TX wheel plastic rim to GTE rim, but i will not change pedals to T3PA or T3PA pro version as they seems the same pedals apart braking pedal with conical mod+clutch. After long research in forums, few guys said, if you do not need shihter, so no need to buy T3PA pedals, as you can make mod for TX stock pedals as well for few euros. Speaking frankly i could easily live with full set of TX setup wit out any mods!

they need to beef up the cooling fan and redesign the positioning of it, ProjectCars has beastly FFB and can easily over heat the motor if you don't know how to set it up properly 😭😯

Mushy Peaz I completely agree man. My T300 died not long after getting project cars. I had used it since november with GT6 and Assetto Corsa without any problems. When my new t300 arrived I tried a quick test: 10 laps of spa in a z4 gt3 in both Pcars and AC. The FFB was noticeably stronger feeling in AC and after those 10 laps the fan turned off after just over 1 min. With Pcars it felt weaker (default settings used on each) and took 10 mins to turn off! Perhaps a coincidence but most of the T300 owners with problem can be found on Pcars forum.

I installed a large fan into the top of my t300 for this exact reason lol. it just runs 24/7 when I plug it in and it keeps my wheel extremely cool. Like you guys I don't like heat and it worries me

Is the TX base fundamentally any different to the T300? In terms of FFB and feel and what have ya, not compatibility, I mean.

Max Thrust Yes.. the only difference is that the T300 can go up to 1080 degrees of rotation and the TX 900

Anyone knows the weight of this wheel? I really like the Force Feedback transfer in the TM28 Leather which is mostly due it being very light weight (2.2 pounds/1 kilogram), also have the GTE rim which feels too heavy although sturdier imho.

He said "one step at a time". So my guess is that he wanted to hint they'd start "developing" the PS4 version now. Not much development needed though, just remove all other components from the T300 RS set. But a typical sales tactic is to limit the market first, see how it goes, and then expand if good. So if the TX base sells well, the PS4 version should follow soon.

Mushy Peaz I guess so, I am pretty lucky with mine then, used it for a month, but seems to be fine asides for what's a breaking-in issue (not sure exactly what it was, but the belt seemed to be slipping under high temp and load, havent had it since though).

Nobody uses the foot clutch! That says something to the market but it doesn't change. Can't be too hard just make small touches with the foot and time the shit points the same in each gear and done (from a guy who doesn't know computers)
