I own the T300 RS GT Edition and I got to say going from 28 cm to 33 cm is a step up. It has allowed me to actually dig in with Project Cars 2 and Assetto Corsa something I didn't get with the standard 28 cm wheel.

Hi have got this wheel recently and when connected to my t500rs the problem is once connected it’s not aligned centred it’s slightly turned right can you help how to fix this please

Only think I can suggest it updating your TM firmware.

Have you got some wheel wobble over time? Mine is loose when I push it back and forth

That will be the fixing screw, make sure you tighten the wheel rim onto the TM base and then tighten the screw a bit more.

@@TeamVVV no matter how much I tighten the set screw it's the same the rim creacks and wobble but everything is tight in place:(

I'll need to play more of the sparco rim, but given that its 1.1 scale, you can't beat a real wheel for capturing the experience.

Hello Alan, First of all, thank you for this another excellent video ! Do you know how much does the Sparco rim weigh ? This info is not on the Thrustmaster website and I'm wondering if it's not a bit heavy for my T300 base. For comparison, the 599XX Evo is given for 1,2 kg on TM website...

its 3.9 pounds almost 2kg heavier than 599 but. its a1:1 replica not 8:10 like 599 . i like the full aize its great for gt racing a well.

Yep, the E3 demo was set to auto only. In many ways its easier with manual because you have more control over the speed into corners.

+ceejay r No, that wouldn't suit a wheel like this. If we're talking about the same thing, that feature is usually better suited to F1 rims.

Team VVV Thanks for the reply, now that I think about it, it would be great to have paddles that are fixed to the Servo. In other words paddles that don’t turn with the wheel like real WRC cars. Maybe someday!

That’s a nice looking wheel. I wish Fanatec had some offerings like this. I like my BMW M3 GT2 wheel but it’s sooooo heavy. It struggles in games like pCars 2.

@@TeamVVV I'm new to this and just got TS-PC with F1 type of wheel. I found it almost impossible to work with 900° rotation. Do you think it's a good idea to get a round wheel and run 900° instead of F1 wheel+360°? For rally type of racing.

Sure, F1 wheels are predominately designed for 360 or max 540 degree rotation. More than that depans on the car type, if you drift the 900 degree might suit your style but for everything else I'd reduce the rotation.

Cheers. I read on a site that Kaz said it was going to be direct drive. But yeah, media are full of shit and probably published something he didn't actually say. bsimracing was the site that quoted Kaz as confirming that the wheel would be a direct drive unit, back in June.

No I always play manual. If you were a regular viewer you'd know, this was filmed at the E3 show 2017 and they keep the game in automatic for people visiting the stand. It's helpful for beginners to have a game set up in this way.
