I recommend lubing the sprockets, I've just done it and it is smoother. I used silicone grease.

I just replaced the bearing. The outer diameter of the 3x8x4 bearing was small, so it was not possible to properly tighten the ribbed belt. Therefore, I used 2+2 pieces of 3x9x5 mm (603 ZZ) bearings. Thanks for the video!

I recommend using long electronic pliers for handling and guiding cables.

For the pulley I also recommend spraying silicone, letting it dry and that's it. Clean the white silicone rollers well with alcohol. If we want something else, we can clean the axles where they are housed. Add a little silicone spray too if you prefer.

We can also clean the plastic gears and put silicone in grease or spray on them.

Dirty Rally, ETS and other games, I can hear friction in the wheel when calibrating, doesn't don't feel anything when trying to use, like belt or something is losen

@@junaidsconcepts if you are using newest driver pls doing this step, load in to your game, than press Windows key, in " all app " open thrustmaster folder >> firmware update, wait until it open and back to game again, do not press ok.

Hey need some help. Just spent the entire day trying to do this and its really noisy. Tried reorganizing everything around the bearings in every way possible and nothing seemed to fix it. Have the 3 bearings in now tried two with the washers and same thing. Any ideas?

thats Plastic Cap that hold the Bearing of Center Shaft, u can contact with Thrustmaster, I fix it by myseft using 1 mm steel wire, heated the wire and wrap around the plastic cap

And I have very important question. You know how the real wheel in car works right? when you turn it comes back to the center itself.....I used to had Thrustmaster T300 GT and this wheel did the same thing in ATS ETS and every other sim but when I look at youtube videos with TMX looks like it's not working every time someone turns they don't let the wheel to move back to the center alone but they turn the wheel back manually and I can't see if this wheel has that autiomatic centering or not , it has ffb with belts so it should move back automatically.

this wheel have same Auto recenter it seft, but base on the user setting it will auto center or not

It has auto center but the problem I have with auto center is that the wheel gets too stiff.

i took off the same screws one by one and i only could take off the downside cover instead the upper one, and i cant take off the wheel
