Well, it sure sounds different to my SH-01A with the filter fully open. Dont know if i'd call it a minature SH-101 but it sounds nice and it's fun

To be fair I'd only had it an hour when I done this jam but after messing around on it last night I'll get another S-1 and sell my SH-01A & K25M. Really impressed with it 👍

Hi! Can I please ask you how you synchronized the Roland S1 with the TR8S? I tries all possibilities but no working at my side :( Thanks! 🤞🏻

Roland S-1 manual: Page 68 set to "auto" in the "sync" settings However it states in the manual: "If an external device is connected to the SYNC IN jack, the unit synchronizes with the clocks inputted to the SYNC IN jack, regardless of the MIDI Clock Sync setting." On TR8S in SYNC/TEMPO settings: >TempoSync INT > Sync Out ON Still no sync start? You probably have the wrong TRS MIDI cable. You need a type A cable as per the following in the manual: Use TRS/TRS (BCC-1-3535 or BCC-2-3535, sold separately) or TRS/MIDI connecting cables (BMIDI-5-35, BMIDI-1-35 or BMIDI-2-35, sold separately) to connect this unit to an external MIDI device.
