Yupp! I have a Urban Glide aswell.. But what the hell is the "Scroll-wheel" on the front wheel for? I never understood this lol.

That is to adjust the aim of the front wheel when it's in the locked position. If you're running on flat terrain and find that the stroller always veers to one side, you can make corrections with the little scroll wheel ! Haven't had to use it myself but it's a nice detail.

@@ethanmay5667My husband completely forgot the lock was engaged today and forced it open, breaking it, sadly. IMO, it wasn’t easy to lock it into place to begin with. Could’ve been designed better.

Thank you for the great review! My little one is 6 months old and I use currently the Thule Urban Glide 2 with bassinet. I would love to change the seats, but he cannot sit alone yet (only with support) Do you think I could use the seat when completely reclined? He doesn't like the bassinet anymore! It gets too small and too boring....Thule says recommended from 6 months, but I read on certain pages that babies are not allowed to be seated when they are not able to sit by themselves. So a bit of a struggle now. I would appreciate your advice as it seems that your little one is about the same age in the video.

actually, not at all! We have another stroller that has suffered from this (it's got a lighter canopy) but the Thule has held up nicely and still looks new.

Very comprehensive review, thanks! From the video it seems to be folding in 1 piece, meaning you can take it as hand luggage on a plane (and you can leave it at the aircraft entry, not at check-in) and then it gets returned to you once you land and exit the plane - is that the case, is it a 1-piece fold?

Ive heard people complain that the seat doesn't go fully upright, is that true? We had to abandon our Nuna Demigrow for the same reason. Our child (14 months) wants to sit upright.

It’s a fair comment - we have used a pillow or cushion to put the kid more upright

Romeo, interesting! What kind of control issues? I practically always run with it in the locked position; if I run with it unlocked, it gets wobbly.

Same here :) So i dont run with it locked... You need too run with both hands on the chariot and push it down too steer.

Maybe I don’t know how to steer in the locked position. Is there a trick to that? My husband and I find that it seems like you can only run straight with the stroller is that true? We are struggling to figure it out!

@@romeogupta7341 it's true that in the 'locked' position you can't pivot so quickly (change direction quickly), but if you're running on a snaking path you should easily be able to guide the stroller along it. If you're just walking with the stroller then best leave it unlocked so it's manueverable.

0:31 The Thule Urban Glide 1 has a weight capacity of 75 lbs, but why is this stroller only up to 48lbs? What a downgrade, lol

Actually I looked into it and it's actually 48 pounds plus weight capacity of the basket under the seat which is 27 pounds. So I guess it could hold kids up to 75 pounds without the additional 27 pounds?

We have this urbanglide 2 stroller. DONT BUY IT it has issues with the front wheel wobbling. on certain pavement (nothing unusual) it starts to wobble or vibrate in a frequency. the stroller is unable to push forward due to the drag. It happens quite often. It is also not a matter of just tightening a bolt. Customer support doesn’t response. all with all a big disappointment this Thule urbanglide 2, better look for something else.

sounds like you need to lock the front wheel - that should solve the wobble.
