song that I have known for decades due to the large number of interpretations by great jazz musicians, but this is the first time that I have the possibility to listen for the arrangement and interpretation by a classically trained musician. The jazz musicians obviously have a vision based on swing and improvisation, both melodic and harmonic: it is very nice to see how you manage to arouse emotions using polyphony (melody, harmony and bass at the same time, something that normally is not done by jazz musicians, more by finger pickers), but, above all, using touch and dynamics. The dynamics! which due to modern technologies is often forgotten if not even removed (youtube audio often compresses the dynamics to make the volume uniform and therefore more listenable in the noise of everyday life) with a great loss of emotion. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing. Your version is beautiful. My grandmother loved this movie a lot. Her and i went on a sound of music tour together about 15 years ago in Austria to visit the filming sites. Hearing you play this reminds me of my grandma and the beautiful scenery we saw on that tour.

Amazing, just amazing. I left a comment under your video "My First Guitars" quite a while ago. Went through a lot of your other videos for training and techniques. etc. and still playing, playing. playing... I am not "perfect", for sure not, I just love it. And you know what? Few days ago neighbours heard me playing and training a few pieces like Fernando Sor "Moderato in C major" or Schubert "Am Brunnen vor dem Tore" I was just training, but they loved it and asked straight away whether I might play some XMas songs during our neighbourhood XMas party with Glühwein and Grillwurst (and yes. I am german). I was not expecting that feedback, never ever, but be sure, it feels goooood. It began with watching your Lagrima video on YT some months ago. Thx a lot
