I was playing volleyball n I got thumb injury in my right hand. If I put my hand on a table n then the bottom of thumb base joint which is touching the table is the exact location of the pain.... I tried to do these exercises but I was not able to do 2 of these as by by doing these It was hurting alot.... one is to hold the thumb with other 4 fingers....n the second one is touching the base of little finger n then pressing the thumb with other thumb....Could you please tell me what to do n is there anything serious

Veri Nice Dr..I.m.67 ...This Prolroblem started in my both hands.(no other joint pains ..).normal pain in the first Finger..not in thumb....is it the Problem of Blood Circulation ??as some time nurvs r dancing in the center of this pair.. n at middle joints of rt hand...!! @ ur excercise i'will try.…..thx

Main cricket khelte waqt bol jor se mere anghute ko lagi thi or 4 week's ho gaye hain ab bhi mera anghuta main dard hota hain jab main anghuta ko tedha karta hon to yese normaly dard nhi hota par tedha or packt fodne ke waqt dard karta hain plz help me🙏
