Thanks mam me 1 sal se pareshan tha bahut medicins khai ,xray karwaya aur nas kholne ka injection bi lagwaya koi fark nhi hua but thanks mam apne jo exercises batai usse ekdum fark ho gya aur dard bi kam ho gya thankyou very much God bless you 😊🙏

I was playing volleyball n I got thumb injury in my right hand. If I put my hand on a table n then the bottom of thumb base joint which is touching the table is the exact location of the pain.... I tried to do these exercises but I was not able to do 2 of these as by by doing these It was hurting alot.... one is to hold the thumb with other 4 fingers....n the second one is touching the base of little finger n then pressing the thumb with other thumb....Could you please tell me what to do n is there anything serious

Althyye video kafi old hai mere liye but very very useful for me...i did all these exercises and feel sooo relief... thanks doctor ji..apka bahut bahut aabhar...apse request htki aap please slip disc ki exercises ka bhi video post karen..after covid me suffering from slip disc...bahut ilaaj karaya but time being aaram aata hai...

Ma’am gamekeeper thumb main bhi yeh exercise kar sakte hai kya MRI main ligament partial tear hai Abhi splint lagaya hai 11/2 month ke liye To yeh exercise kar sakte hai kya

Veri Nice Dr..I.m.67 ...This Prolroblem started in my both hands.(no other joint pains ..).normal pain in the first Finger..not in thumb....is it the Problem of Blood Circulation ??as some time nurvs r dancing in the center of this pair.. n at middle joints of rt hand...!! @ ur excercise i'will try.…..thx

Mam aapko exercise acchi hai lekin mera pain kuch alag tarah ka hai kaise jo thumb hai fold nahi ho raha hai jaise mud nahi raha it was straight kya iske liye kuch exercise hai

Hi mam..1st of all thank u for the such great video...easy to understand... mai ek sportperson houn...to Cricket khelate wakt..especially bat ghumate wakt...agar bat pai ball jor se laga aur shot selection sahi nahi tha matlab off side ko..marate wakt right hand thumb bahot jyada pain karata hai plzzz..kuch to batavo...mujhe aage bhi Cricket khelana hai..
