Perfect timing. My thumb just started "clicking" this weekend. I tried to exercize as I watched and my hands feel warmer and looser. I saved this and will work through it in the mornings. It's nice to have a solution so soon after I started hurting.

Glad I found you. This is so helpful. My left hand pain and swelling came on suddenly. It becomes hard to close and make a fist with the swelling. I use my hands a lot in wood working. My right hand isn't too bad compared the left hand, but my right hand wrists are starting to ache. I ice pack the left hand every morning. I will continue the exercises. feeling better already. Thank you so much for your video.

Thank you so much! I just saw an orthopedic doctor that specializes in hands and he gave me the options of taking nsaids (which unfortunately my stomach has zero tolerance for them), getting surgery that would take 3 months recovery or a steroid shot in my thumb joint so i opted for the shot and it was excruciating and didn’t help at all. I'm just trying these hand exercises and I already feel relief. I ordered the peanut and will be checking out your other videos. Thanks again 😊

Thank you, I've been struggling with my hands for like a week, they have been very weak (I'm a big and strong dude so it was strange) and constantly losing grip and having things falling off from my hands, and since yesterday my hand articulations have an immense pain, so this video came just when i needed it the most, and it worked, now i feel the pain a little bit less, i don't know if i have arthritis or not but anyway much thank you

I have extreme pain in the thumb (fatty muscle). I've suffered with this for about 30 years. It seems to be primarily in the muscle part. I've tried numerous relief techniques, but nothing has helped. Are there any suggestions you can give to relieve that muscle long-term? I'd schedule an appointment, but you are 4 hours away.
