Yea, there definitely isn’t anything bad about the Pro Hitter, I used one for 10 years. Just after having tried the Thumbper I do think it is more comfortable and stays in place without having to fiddle with it. Thanks for the comment!

If someone is holding a bat incorrectly, it could help your swing and batting avg. The prohitter forces you to hold the bat in your fingers vs wrapped deep in your palm.

Nice review never once did you not recommend the pro hitter I've used one for 10yrs also but gonna try the thumb pro because of the design&different size options it just looks like I'll be able to get a better grip on my bat without bulge. All the pro hitter has provided what I needed through the yrs

I am not finding a discount link, but I know this is an older video. I found it super informative and I will be buying Thumbpro for my son in 6U and my son in 9U. My reasoning is because they are young and I don’t want them to worry about readjusting it when getting ready to bat. Both my sons have been telling me over and over that their hands are stinging from their bats!

Both good products. Pro Hitter takes some getting used to, but the ThumbPro is much easier since it stays in place better! Glad the video helped! Did you use the promo code?

Agreed! It’s purely based on personal preference. PROHitters are great and I do recommend all hitters try out one or the other, they both provide benefits. I used a PROHitter my entire pro career, 10 years.

My son is 11 and has used the ProHitter for 2 years now. I got it mainly because he had bat control issues, but he likes it for sting reduction. At the least it's a confidence booster, and that's the most important thing for a young player I believe.

PROHITTER has been around for years and more than 70% of all professional MLB batterrs currently use PROHITTER so how could anything else be better or even close. The multiple sizes and the ability to adjust on your thumb for comfort makes PROHITTER the right choice and the pro athletes have spoken. My son has been using PROHITTER for years and now owns his own sports training facility and only recommends PROHITTER. Sounds like someone is on the Thumb-Per payroll.

First of all, your logic makes ZERO sense. Just because something has been around for awhile doesn’t mean something better can’t be developed. Horse and carriages were around for awhile and everyone used them too, then cars were invented. I used a PROHITTER for 10 years as a pro, and there’s nothing wrong with it. I only shared my opinion that the Thumbper has some advantages. But clearly you didn’t watch the video, or maybe you did watch, but didn’t hear what I said over the sound of your own biased opinion in your head. ** In fact, I am not being paid in any way by thumbper.
