@@JohnDoe-yf9wk yeah i had the movies as a kid didnt even know there was a tv show till later. they cut the episodes together well enough to seem like a direct to vid movie instead of several episodes

Interactive video was once considered the future of gaming. I have to admit, the video quality here is outstanding for its time.

It's obviously the MPEG-1 decoder module that you need for this game.. sometimes I wish you guys knew a bit more about the systems you own. You could buy VHS-ish quality movies on VCD, and needed that module to watch them. That's why the video quality doesn't look like ASS

come on like who the hell would know some obscure little fact. talking like they should be cdi scientist

Yeah, cdi did pretty good video with the mpeg decoder, and games like Thunder in Paradise, Space Ace, Dragons Lair etc all looked great on it
@slimshead81005 жыл бұрын
I used to watch Thunder In Paradise all the time. Of course, I always watched anything with the Hulkster in it. Lol I really liked the show years ago, though. We rented the Thunder In Paradise direct to VHS movie, and I loved it as a kid, so I was excited when the show came out a year or so later. Hahaha

8:37 Hyperion is the enemy company in Borderlands 2. They make bots and guns and are ruled by Handsome Jack.

Should hope that most people know the name from greek mythology rather than a company in a game.

@@paulgraham4567 I never heard it mentioned in Ancient Civilizations class back in high school. I don't research mythology in my spare time, but I do play games.

I can't believe this made me realize Hogan's list of failures would keep growing more than a child's Christmas wish list.

Only true aficionados of the hulkster would know he had a failed chain of pasta restaurants. That was one of those things I simply was amazed to learn. Then again when you got money invest I guess.

The FMV quality is actually really great for the 90's. Looks almost DVD at points.
