In this video, I'm sharing my Thunder Laser Nova 51 delivery and how we successfully got it onto the lift gate and unloaded. It went much smoother than I had anticipated and hopefully these tips will help your laser delivery go smoothly as well.

Katie, I have 2 lasers from Thunder and they’re great machines. What’s most impressive is the support. Brian and Chris are next level when it comes to support. I’ve owned a laser from another company and it was garbage and the support was even worse. You’re in good hands with Thunder.

Yea we’re getting screwed in my opinion, bringing it on a full size semi, company policy states they can’t back into a driveway either so, now I gotta figure something else out. SMH

My 63 comes in a week! I just got the tracking number today! I wasn't nervous about the delivery until watching this video. LOL! Will the 63 unloading be similar to this? It's a longer machine and I'm not sure it will fit in a truck like that. Tips please!!!!!

How exciting!!! From what I understand, you definitely need a forklift for the 63. It is too wide to fit sideways in the trucks and has to be loaded lengthwise, which means it is too long for the lift gate.

Brittney I have the 63/130 and used this exact method to get it off the truck. It was just the driver and myself and there were moments I thought that we weren't going to exceed but all came out well. All the driver had was just the pallet jack.

@@brittneyesser9479 Made a ramp with the crate top and some 2 x 4s and rolled it off. But the fun part was trying to figure out how to get all the stuff that was packed under the laser out. The chiller, air compressor, exhaust fan, and the cardboard box with all the little stuff in it. the height of those things did not allow you just to slide it out some. you needed about 6 more inches of height to get them out. So I enlisted two of my neighbors to pick up two corners so I could slide them out. There also is a wooden brace that runs the length of the crate bottom inside in the middle. Was able to get that out by raising the feet and sliding it out. Everything is nailed down pretty good under the laser, so you will need a small pry bar and hammer to get them wood brackets they used to wedge and hold them in place.

​@@tazer58-82 yeah, it wasn't fun getting all the stuff out from under it. We used a jack to lift it up some to get the chiller and exhaust fan out. Then made a ramp as well from the top and several other boards we had. That middle 3x3 came in handy for sure! So glad that is over.
