The Thunder Mustang with the falconer V12 is by far THE best replica currently out there, looks great and sounds superb.👌

Damn. Such an epic aircraft and its a 2 seater. Rich people would buy a ferrari, i would buy this

@@Rif_Leman Actually this is a 3/4 scale kit plane that is 1/10th to 1/15th the cost to buy (and run) than the original. It comparatively cheaper and more "affordable" (that too is a relative term).

Probably had it "caged" for aerobatics,
@av8rshane4913 ай бұрын
@@MrFrontenginedragste, when it’s caged it will be locked in the wings level position. It just needed a little time to erect or you can momentarily cage it and it would show level wings.

there's something off about it its supposed to be 75% scale right? but either the canopy is too big or the wings are tok small... it looks wrong
@Purlee1005 жыл бұрын
The wings are a little smaller than scale. There is a good aerodynamic reason for this, which I read a few years ago, but have now, sadly, forgotten
@davem53334 жыл бұрын
When you scale down an airplane you can't scale everything down the same amount. Some things you have to scale down less. A 25% reduction across the whole airplane could result in a cockpit too small to fit a pilot. Or some control surfaces undersized. Or the engine might not fit. Or the plane wouldn't balance. Or fuel tanks are too small. Have to cheat a bit.

The basic architecture draws from the Chevrolet V8 auto engine. Things like pistons, rods and valves could interchange.
