I can tell you love this game by the effort you’ve put into the review, this is by far and away your best so far. Love the stop motion elements to it. Agreed, this game as it plays to the rule book is fun, but the scope for house rules is massive. Already been playing with some house rules we agreed on and have talked about having 6 different terrain pieces, roll a dice and that’s what gets added to the next road section to spice it up. The community has done wonders with adding to this game. Great review!

Thanks Luke. The stop motion was fun, but I definitely don't think I'd like to have to do a whole movie with the number of retakes that were necessary with accidentally knocking a rock out of place! What other terrain pieces do you have for adding to the board?

I had this game years ago, but never got around to playing, just collecting board games at the time; With the recent copy I picked up via Ebay, all I needed to do was source a brown Thunder chopper elsewhere which was undamaged from another seller, but have to say this review was not only only very informative, but taught me how to play, and it can indeed be played solo; I just use a small sheet with the colours written onto them, a small token which I move, to show what colour I am dealing with, so can easily play solo; Many thanks for a fantastic review; 200 out of 10...;)

This still gets to the table regulalry - it is perfect for decompressing after a more complex game. It plays nice and quick and encourages banter and oppurtunites to get revenge on whoever won the big game. Great review video

@@AtticRaidersRetroReviews Yes I have And there are some very fun rule mods like Doubles, Smash Though, Spin Outs. Chopper, add Passengers. Even used Role-Playing scenario.

The UK box art is awesome and is the version I own, your reviews are great, straight to the point and insightful. I would love to see you review Games workshops Battlecars and Dark future, two excellent car combat board games that seem to get ignored by most unfortunately.

Thanks! I'd love to review Battlecars and Dark Future but unfortunately I've never played them and they seem rather pricey these days, so I have to just hope for a lucky car boot sale or charity shop find.

The graphical design is a lot better here than in the new one. Especially the cars.

I don't have this but I use Mario Kart pull back and spin action toy cars, eliminating dice for Real Time movement and Heroscape boards for road.
