On one hand, it's tragic that the Emperor turned against his loyal soldiers who helped unify Terra and it's without a doubt a cruel act of treason to those who were loyal and fought and died for a truly good reason, i.e. defeat of techno barbarians and saving Terra On the other hand, they were a ticking time bomb. It was noted that they were less disciplined than Astartes and were doomed from the start since they were a very rushed job compared to Astartes and Custodes, suffering from biological shutdowns and mental instability and fated to die early deaths and there was a good risk that they would rebel eventually since no one is that happy to learn that your leader essentially gave you super cancer and brain meltdown since he didn't take his time perfecting his formula and augmenting adult men. Also also, the thunder warriors were noted to be more savage and brutal, ruthless killers who enjoyed the killing and power than most Astartes legion, thought to exemplify the worst that humanity could offer Food for thought the Thunder warriors are

they are not hand made by emperor like custodes or not implant maniac like astartes even don't have full power armor yet they are real warriors like imperial guard

If you're trying to imply they are normal humans, they're not. They are augmented, just crude and quick compared to space marines, though still superior to them physically. Though, it did make them more mentally unstable and would kill them eventually.
