Noam Tal nah that’s the whammy pedal he uses for the pitch shifted effect. t’cats envelope filter is a pigtronix envelope phaser. it’s a phaser and filter built into one, very signature to his sound

I believe he's now using one of Moog's moogerfooger pedals, they're giant and awful to tour with but the sounds available are huge
