I had a feeling the boat would not be safe to take out on the water again with the multiple damage issues to it! I guess it's good and bad. Good that you'll be getting another boat, but bad that you HAVE to get another boat. I hope insurance will pay enough so that you don't have much out of pocket expense to get a new one. But you now have a reason to get a better boat if you want one! Best wishes to you as you search for the perfect boat. I enjoy your videos a lot and have learned more about fishing from you than from anyone else! Keep up the good work! I look forward to each episode! - Russ

Thanks for the great feedback Russ and although the new boat is definitley going to be costly, it will still be worth it as i spend lots of time on the water :) I'll be sure to let you and all our subscribers know, once i get my new boat.

Not sure why but I can't seem to catch much on anything but live bait. I really wish I could catch more on artificial lures rather than killing a bunch of minnows which is what I use primarily. I sometimes catch things on twister tails or on a hula popper but it's not even a fraction of the amount of fish I seem to be able to catch on live bait.

not sure why, but make sure you are using a fluorocarbon leader line or a mono leader :) (i.e. do not use straight braid)

....yes it is but was banked footage....the boat is a write off as it costs more to repair than it is worth - so now I will need to find a new one
