This is the best video on the internet, seriously. I have misophonia and I know it sounds made-up, but I genuinely cannot stand certain sounds and it has been ruining my life. I bought noise-canceling headphones and I put this on every single night to go to sleep. Whenever I hear a noise that bothers me, I put this on. And for some reason, every other white noise sound bothers me too. Thank you so so so much for this video, I know this sounds dramatic but you have no idea how much this video has helped me. @@KadyW As someone with hyperacusis and misophonia which involves tinnitus I find it very helpful. If you haven't already maybe check out two other channels, also, namely Virtuscapes and TERAVIBE. They both create immersive original ambient soundscapes which I like to put on for stress relief, relaxation, and in the background when researching and writing. I hope the tinnitus becomes easier for you.

I loved my vodka! I was a "functioning" alcoholic. I could go maybe 2 days without a cocktail or 6 but then I'd get so sick!
