The heaviest bluegrass band in the world using an anvil as an instrument. They made #1 with their debut album "Brothers in Farms" on BIllboard's ranking of bluegrass albums 21st Sept. 2016. That same day was declared as their official celebration day in the state of Colorado by it's governor. Not bad for a band that started as a joke.

You did say that you don't care much for Country music, but since grandpa there got the same kind of mustache going on like Jarno here, here's a Finnish Country song called 'Small Boy's Dreams': Jarno Sarjanen - Pienen pojan haaveet (1971). I wonder how authentic these songs might look and sound to you: "Jussi Raittinen - Nashville - Tennessee (1976)" and "Vesku Loiri - Lonely Rider (Hirttämättömät)". The latter is from a movie. Couple of Finnish Folk songs: "Hoedown feat J.Karjalainen & Dirk Powell - Piupali Paupali", "Slack Bird - Ievan polkka" and "Värttinä - Kylä vuotti uutta kuuta". Finnish Folk Metal: "Korpiklaani - Henkselipoika". Some Metal into Bluegrass: "Euge Valovirta - Hellbilly" and "Children of Bodom - Lookin' Out My Back Door CCR Cover". Metal into Bluegrass: "The Trooper by Steve'n'Seagulls". Here's one from Down Under; welcome to West, Andrej: "focusvideofi Vilperin Perikunta - Tervetuloa länteen, Andrej". A song from a movie: "BeetBeatBit Plays Leningrad Cowboys Go America - Born to Be Wild". A Finnish American immigrant song (A Western Logger), which tells where the singer has been and what he has done in the US: "Hiski Salomaa - Lännen lokari". Hunting a cougar: "Stig - Puumaa mä metsästän".

Hiski 'The Sawonian Loggerman' Salomaa's whole discography should be in the Congressional Library in D.C. What I've understood his production as whole is put there by the late president Ronald Reagan who somehow came across to that particular song called "Lännen Lokari" and got fascinated by the track and from this on to the entire production. Or is it partially in there 'coz of the first album is recorded in New York around 1927(?) Personally I haven't check that out is there how much truth but I believe in my elder buddy who's spent quite a lot of time in the States back in the 70's and 80's... 🤘😎 🇫🇮 💙 🎶 💯 💥
