The band Steve N Seagulls (by the way, did you see the name play on the famous actor's name?) creates so much energy in their songs that you can't help but smile and tap along. I totally agree with your perspective on covers, I want to hear a band make it their own. Reinvent the song and show me what you can make, make it familiar but unique to your style. 100% and be sure to check out their other stuff. Pop Goes Punk is a good place to start, a lot of pop-punk bands that do covers of other songs, think you'd really like that.

Yes, that's right! But it's not only a man's name, like Harry in English: in Finland "harri" is also a fine fish! Its official Finnish name is "harjus" (Thymallus thymallus). 🐟 💕

The are a number of bands over the decades who have done cover versions of heavy rock songs in alternative styles. Indeed, AC/DC has it's dedicated bluegrass tribute version called Hayseed Dixie....Alternatively, surely amongst the best of these groups is Dread Zeppelin: Led Zeppelin covers in a reggae style, with a lead singer dressed as and impersonating Elvis. It shouldn't work but it does!.....You'll love them.

There is a bluegrass band from Colorado called Thunder And Rain that covers "Sweet Child O'Mine" by Guns N' Roses -- mandolin, steel guitar, violin, standup bass, and acoustic guitar and a singer who can pull it off nicely. Check out some of their youtube clips.

That's not a violin... It's a STANDING bass. It only sounds like a violin due to where he's holding it on its neck up towards the top when you play it. You'll notice later on as he moves lower and plays deeper into the body of the bass... The time changes and goes lower. You'd be surprised how versatile a standing bass is. My brother was in a jazz quartet for awhile as the pianist but Griff his best friend was the bassist. I REALLY thought it was all Snoopy playing the bass till I went out to check them out at a gig. I was like you guys were great and oh hey Griff you don't suck either... impressive fretwork brother! LOL! Hey...he's my brothers college friend~my brothers oldest son JUST turned 30 a few days ago...I can say whatever I want! He's the 3RD annoying brother I never wanted ok? 😂

I'm really not kidding...you need to like not do this! AS a lifelong AC/DC fan you need to play the correct OFFICIAL VIDEO OFF THEIR SITE. OR seriously don't bother showcasing their music at all because it's a waste if you try to do it any other way. That's like having some Beatles COVER Band come on here... Or the Janis imitation singers and have THOSE as your channels introduction to her work. Come on man he's going to do this right or you're not going to do it at all. Find the right music... The OFFICIAL version by find the ORIGINAL artist and then later on Branch out and say ok NOW here's somebody else who is doing it the cover of that song
