Question, would it be nice if I omit the pork floss and substitute that with fish floss? Thanks!

Thank you so much Hannah! Yes, pork floss is usually eaten as a snack on its own or used as a topping. It’s almost like jerky that’s been shredded into fluff. It’s yummy. Thank you for watching and have a nice weekend!

I totally agree, Hannah -- That's exactly what I wanted to say😁 Watching Thun, taught me a whole new world of flavors---ie) fish sauce., shrimp paste, and Hot peppers!

Omg, 🤯😳😳😳😳. 12 years ago. I had a Khmer friend. It was late and I remembered he gave me some of this with rice. He said he didn't know what It's called but his grandmother made it with pork floss. Omg, it was so good with rice. Now I know.
