The Big Fish committed a "foul"...😡..the ball moved before the shot...he placed the club behind the ball, pressed the club into the club causing the club head to depress the grass around/near the ball...however, I thought there was no new rule change that did not penalize a player if/when the ball moved provided it didn't give the player a new advantage....enjoy watching...
