What I love about this whole situation is that they're not that interested in just the food. Many times I've seen hot dogs on the deck and no one touches it for quite a while. But at the same time they're all crowded around Jim. They want HIM to feed them. It's so cute.

Jim put on your Mountie Hat and declare a riot and order them to disperse. If that does not work, from the safety of your dining room, take a bucket of 10 pounds of hot dogs and chuck them out on the deck and quickly close the door, taking care not to lock SCOOTER inside. After you have quelled the riot proceed with standard feeding procedures.

I was laughing so hard watching this video tonight. Feeding these raccoons was like throwing bait into a pond full of fish and they all go nuts. Ravenous rolly polly's. And when you said you'll have to wear a suit of armour, and then dump the bucket upside down and run, I completely lost it. After a very stressful day, a good laugh is what I needed. You think those guys just rush you for food, then you give them food and some of them dont really care they climb you and want to be next to you.
