The new last is here! Not everyone loved the Nirvana Last as much as I did, but I think this Kingmaker Last hits the perfect balance.

I had to watch this video 6 times to see the difference. I can finally see that slight height difference where the forefoot meets the toes. I think the new last will hit all the style notes that the previous last held.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a wide foot who can't many wide boots due to heel slip. Sizing up has been the story of my life. But I do have a boot in the newer last in the mail now. We shall see how it goes.

Same story here, have to size up but run into problems w/ my left foot being a half a size smaller than the right.

I have both the Encore and Kingmaker last (apparently some colors are still shipped in Encore like Natural CXL), and visually they are identical. Even from inches away I could not tell the difference.

I like how you do these videos man, I saw the last one too but honestly I didn’t know all their names like that. I returned my blac matte black Nirvana (which I liked too) because they did away with the leather midsole. Which is weird here actually.. cause those look EVA but others have been reviewing the new R&R and they had leather midsoles 🤷🏻‍♂️ we even discussed/confirmed it (rockymountainstyles Canyon) Oh and I just seeing you holding the new pair.. I could smell them 😂 Great video though man, and I’m ngl bro.. when my Terracotta are up I might do the Ridgeway too 😎

Haha they smell so good! I wish they all came with a leather midsole, it makes such a huge difference!

Round toe box looks like a work boot, I wasn’t a fan of it and even worst it wasn’t announced when it happened. When i got mines (nirvana last) it looked like a completely different boot. Glad this new last has the pointyish toe box.

Just the rugged and resilient. They updated the website so you can see which last each boot was built on if you click product features, then release notes…such a great feature, I love knowing that info!

Funny how you sized up or say go true to size while Thursday Boots tells you to size down... I had a pair of their Titans that I followed their instructions and got a 10.5 and my heels got destroyed. Size 11 in their Chelsea fits better but not perfect so to speak, so very curious about this new Kingmaker Last and the sizing as you cant beat the price of 199.

Nope, I sized those old ones not knowing they were going to be Nirvana last so they didn’t fit how I wanted. I ended up exchanging for an Arizona Adobe pair and now got these black mattes in Kingmaker. I love this black matte leather so I had to get them again:)

Thursday Boots is a scam. Their boots were not size D width, they were a C width if there is a such thing. I don't trust Thursday Boots.

You are entitled to your own opinion. I got a pair of Captains in wide width and they are great boots!

I haven’t that experience but I can only speak from the boots I’ve had and my experience. Bummer that your experience has been negative but hopefully you’ve found other brands that work better for you! Thanks for checking out the video. I always like hearing other people’s opinions and thoughts even when they’re different from my own!

They have sizing inconsistency issues. They make good boots if the QC on your pair isn't trash.
