I recently watched The Roosevelts, An Intimate History, by Ken Burns, another great piece of story telling, and was happily reminded of how wonderful my friends to the South really are.
As I was composing and producing this song, Thus Wrote Eleanor, my friend Terry Tufts released Slow And Easy, brilliant song, and his post text read: “These are the presidents elected so far in my lifetime. For all my wonderful friends south of the 49th. I love you all.” I couldn’t agree more with that sentiment.
