I used to stand just right next a nuclear reactor (my Dad worked 42 years long for EDF (French nuclear energy supplier) and he was high enough in the hierarchy to allow us, his childs, to come one day and visit the place where nobody can go if not affiliated to EDF, that day we saw everything, including, while wearing some kind of hazmat combination and a personal radiations meter, a nuclear reactor from so close that we could touch it (not the reactor itself OC, the protections covering it) and I can assure you it doesn't make such a sound. depending on the quality they will rumble more or less, idk about you but my logitech g933 has a specific bass channel on surround sound, so this shook my headphones off my head and when I held them on I felt my eardrums rumbling...

dynamic drivers by nature vibrate. That is how sound is produced. They are simply vibrations. The vibrations within the dynamic driver of the driver chassis, vibrates more or less depending on the actual sound frequency, but regardlessly, your headphones are always technically "vibrating" no matter the sound that is produced out of it.
