Wow you are an Amazing Doctor. I found you when I serched for "ITP and Covid 19 vaccines. I think you might find this interesting. I was diagnosed with Chronic ITP at 22. My platelet count was 7K, and the count could not be sustained, so I had to have a Splenectomy. My first child was born when I was 26, a few months later I had a tumor the size of a peach removed fron my thyroid. The Doctor told me some of the cells had changed to cancer. I'm healthy now 👍

Hello. Just saw your video and thank you for explaining it in detail. I am 43 years old female, and found 3 hypoechoic nodules on my left lobe in June this year 2021. At the time you could not see anything or feel anything as they were small, the biggest was 5mm. Fast forward to November 2021, my left side has grown. I now have a lump that shows at the bottom of my left side neck base. I am now currently on my 4th endocrinologist, as the first 3 brushed off my concerns. I have a dry cough that won't go away, vomiting, nausea, hair loss, all Thyroid levels are normal however my TSH is on the low end, my Thyroglobulin serum is high, but TPO and TGA are within normal range. I have heat intolerance and faint when extremely hot. I have heart palpitations, high BP, low vit d, bone and joint pain and I am honestly depressed as no one is willing to help me at this point. I am located in NYC, do you have any recommendations for me Dr? Thank you for your time.

Dr I have a 4.4cm nodule on my left thyroid and in the thyroid scan they said it non functional nodule they requested a biopsy. What do you think? I’m 26years old

I would do FNA.
