If total t3 t4 slightly on higher side of second trimester specific range but Free t3 t4 normal TSH. 0.02 TRAB NOT available then what is to be done

Wait and watch .. repeat thyroid function after a month

If the T3 and T4 seen normal then best to wait and watch and not treat the patient Keep under close observation
