This guy doesn't have much experience and 2 days of training doesn't seem much to me

For a physician to do this procedure, they need a lot of experience with ultrasound and ultrasound guided biopsies, both of which this doctor has. Also, this video was recorded last year, and I know he has done several cases since then. By all means, you should always ask a dr about their experience when pursuing these procedures, because that is very important.
