You need to repeat your thyroid profile under guidance of an Endocrinologist. If with those and nuclear tests, the doctor feels it is thyrotoxicosis, and the nodule is secreting hormones then yes - they will go after RFA/MWA. Visit ur endocrinologist.

Hi. U need to physically meet for this. Or take a tele consult. If FNAC report is benign, it can be false negative due to various factors like not targeting exact malignant area. But the procedure will not convert benign into malignant. If clinical or radiological suspicion of malignancy is there, then the FNAC can b repeated or alternate investigation done.
