I think what most are forgetting is that the OG's that ya'll are looking for to give their approval and be overly impressed by this battle are now in their 40s and 50s. Just about all of them have settled down with a wife and are now grandparents...including TI. TI, like most of the OGs engaged in their beefs when they were in their 20s, were reckless, and felt they had nothing to lose. Most of their beefs also came from real friction with opposing artists while they were all on the come up. They're probably looking at Kendrick and Drake as fathers who are both pushing 40 and are at the peak of their careers calling each other a pedo and an abuser. They probably think it's corny tbh.

I never hear disrespect towards Paul McCartney or Rod Stewart or any of those legends that are still touring and making music... but people really feel comfortable, disrespecting our elders in the hip-hop culture! It's crazy and it needs to be stopped at all cost!!
@NolX7577 ай бұрын
I hear you but Paul McCartney or Rod Stewart are from making great music side of art. But hip-hop always been competitive. Everyone 'who is in it for the craft and not money' strives to be the best rapper. So egos come to play, and we are lucky to get to witness it.

Funny how hip-hop culture is about battling one another for the top we got to bring one down crabs in a barrel fits right into the culture. Kendrick didn’t expose anything 😂 he weaponized race and pedophilia 😂 the pedophilia was valid because of an old video and he could make it look how he did because everything is valid in a rap war but drake is not a pedo , the race thing is uncalled for and simply racist , because Drake was basically slaved under a contract with birdman and lil Wayne, he left cash money and stayed with youngmoney and is still signed to Wayne in a partnership contract till this day plus he never signed an artist and did them dirty like diddy did all his life😂 he only helped/contributed to hip hop and it’s growth , he never signed anybody period 😂, and don’t ask me what has he done for the culture and real black issues because he’s not fully black yall want him to abandon his other half on some weirdo ish like he gotta go against his moms side or sum 😂 and half the rappers in the industry don’t do nothing for black issues they just rap and influence black on black crime 😂 yall are simply being racist period 😂

Ayyy that comment about ATL bein less chill, treachery, etc, my take on it is that truly ATL has become THE black New York City. It really is just the Mecca of black excellence in America (that’s not taking away from anywhere else, black excellence is mf everywhere, don’t get me twisted) but ATL really is just as big and wild as NYC (more-so honestly) unfortunately that comes with the same pitfalls as New York NYC. Alotta people, wayyyy too many, too much industry, just too much money, gotta move with a purpose, less friendly, less authenticity, more drama, too dam hot always, etc. That’s a GOOD point he brought up about ATL that’s fact.
