I remember when I saw Chloe and concert last year and she was phenomenal! Even though it was a smaller venue, she put on a show like she was performing at Madison Square Garden. The contract went through the Supreme Court, which is why we know of the terms. However, that 1 million deal only lasted for 5 years (until 2020). They most likely have a new deal of which we do not know the terms of. So, I do not think it is completely accurate to say it is their fault...
