Absolutely love this idea!! I have a huge family myself. Each year I feel bad because they always give me such a wonderful Christmas, but I never have the money to do anything in return. I made some Mother's Day small mason DIY gifts for the ladies in my family and friend circle and in the mason jars was an organic lavender scented hand/body sugar scrub. It was a hit. Very easy and just therapeutic to make for them!!! FYI

Tia !!!my mom always would tell me about how my grandmother used the Mason jars to can food on the farm and she would do her canning a certain time of the year before it would get too cold outside and they would have all they needed for the winter months and they were good to go and thanks for sharing your tips .
