why you use "NORM_X" then"SCALE_X"?

Scale_X will scale the value at the VALUE input by mapping this to a specific range of values. And NORM_X means normalize. It normalizes the value of the tag at the value input by mapping this to a linear scale between 0.0 and 1.0.

why do you use value 27648, I have PLC S7-300, as I know it is 12-bit so should I use 4095 or something else

The range of DAC in PLC Siemens is -27648 to 27648. It is equal -10V to 10V

27648 is the number of counts the analog cards produce.
