Brother, it's not model specific. I complained them that I am getting little more noise and vibration and they suggested me about the replacement of the kit. You you have noise and vibration then raise an issue with them. They can not completely remove it but they can minimise it by changing the kit.

Brother, new model already come with new air filter kit installed. As we know that the low end torque is not very good on Tiago so proper gear management and acceleration is required while driving on low gear to avoid rattling.

Hello Brother, Its too late for now. Tiago NVH is little on higher side but if you think that NVH is very high, connect with them and ask for the solution.

I will definitely update the discription and thanks for the suggestion 🙏 Am not sure if informing Tata will help, as they already know about the vibration issue and may come up with the next update to fix it.

Using cable tie, is just a jugaar how u can expect this, because after certain period of time cable tie will brak or sleep due to heat in the engine. I am having the same issue and i saw the mechanic doing same thing. I have the raised the issue with TATA.

Latest car will have new air filter kit so no need to replace. Little bit noise and vibration will be there due to 3 cylinder, a little bit. If it is more than you need to contact Tata.

Maine unko noise or vibration ka issue raise Kiya that to unhone wo issue resolve karne ke liye air filter kit assembly change Kiya tha. Agar apko noise or vibration ka issue Jayda hai to complain karo then they might change it if you have old kit installed.

As Tata is making a lot of changes from Tiago onward, I am sure they could have worked on all the feedback and negatives but I will suggest to take a test drive yourself and decide if you would like to have this car for coming few years. Honestly, People said there are a lot of engine noise but when I took the test drive, I was happy and I am still happy after one and half years. I wish you all the best in advance!!!

Sir, I had purchased Tiago in 2017, almost 45k km completed. Sometime my engine check light comes on and goes off only when I turn off and start again, also the egine make different noisy sound. I face this issue 2 times and I had immediately repoted it Tata showroom. They just check on computer for egine related errors, but it was clear, they replied it may due to some dust on sensor . What do u think what may be the issue. Is it related to air filter assembly.

Sorry to hear it Brother.... Air filter assembly will not cause this issue ... May be sensor or fuel injector cleaning is needed....Tell the service center and escalate it above so that they will check it thoroughly (You also may take an opinion from the local good technician) All the best!! Actually, They will not change the kit proactively as it is cost to them, No company will do it in fact, You have to raise the issue that nvh is gone high and only resolution to reduce is to replace the air filter kit. Though, while i was taking to the Tata executive, he told me that they are replacing the old kit to a new one for old tiago models.

During second free service, I told the executive that nvh level is gone high on my car and he checked the kit and found that it was the old one so he offered me the new kit and also explained the difference in new and old kit. I believe that Tata will not bear the cost until you make them rectify the high nvh level issue. Either update is not reached your region or they are avoiding the cost and extra work.

Punit Mishra.. i got the Tiago. There's vibrations in the car i got, noise levels were not much.. but vibrations are defenitely there.. so i went back to the showroom and checked the other Tiagos that were there to compare, none of them had any vibrations.. so it's just the one i got that has it. I checked under the hood and the air filter is the new one, but there's no foam under it as shown in this video.. so may be bcoz of that.. don't know.. will update it resolved

Brother, I am not sure about the out of warranty cars, but at least complain them about the noise and vibration issue and keep your fingers crossed. I replied in Atom group as well 👍

+Abey Abraham - It's been 6 months, Regarding nvh, Celerio is better but other than that Tiago is the best. Boot lid opening with remote is available in Tigor not in Tiago.

Ridiculously Amazing Thanks for the reply. I checked my air filter, and it's the old model. But I don't feel any extra noise or vibration in the cabin, the gear stick looks still even on high air blower, but if you touch the stick you can feel vibration. Should I ask for replacement? I purchased the car in April.

+Anubhav Kumar - Brother, if vibration is not visible until you touch the lever then it's fine. if you have good relation with Tata executive ask for a change , at least kit will have new filters 😁 or you can keep it that way as well.

+Harshal Satish Waingankar - Mine is May 2017 model. You need to tell them about the high nvh level, tell them you are not satisfied, they might offer you to change. Nvh was increased a bit in my car over last 6 months.

Great suggestion Brother but changing the filter will not help to reduce noise and vibration. New assembly kit comes with screws on the corners to avoid vibration and noise.

As per my understanding ...... When you clear the Dirty Air Filter it affects the response as well as mileage and That's a best practice. You can also clean Air Filter with proper tools ...... It's Recommended to clean in every 3 months or depends on the driving conditions :-)
