Two things come to mind. The AI has to get a bit better at managing when to take the grid penalties so it doesn't end up with over half the field having them. That and it would be great to a tab somewhere during qualifying telling you which drivers have penalties. Would make the player's life a bit easier if they know it's not worth the effort to try improving because people in front have penalties and you're just gonna hurt the strategy.
