Many a times we buy moulds and find it difficlut to use. I purchased this
tiara mould on an impulse but loved it when i used it. It creates a stunning
topper without much effort and very little time.
I would strongly suggest to use my quick dry gumpaste recipe for quick and sturdy
results.

ICING SUGAR ( SIFTED) 1 KG
CORNFLOUR 25 GRMS
CMC POWDER 12 GRMS
CREAM OF TARTAR 8 GRMS
WATER 120 GRMS
GELATIN 20 GRMS
LIQUID GLUCOSE 50 GRMS
MARGARINE 25 GRMS
SIFT ALL THE DRY INGRIEDIENTS INTO ONE BOWL
SPRINKLE GELATIN ON WATER AND ALLOW TO BLOOM
MICROWAVE FOR 30 SECS TILL MIXED WELL
ADD LIQUID GLUCOSE AND MARGARINE AN MIX TILL COMBINED
KEEP STIRRING TILL COMPLETELY COOL
POUR INTO DRY INGREDIENTS
USING HOOK ATTACHMENT IN YOUR STAND MIXER OR HAND KNEAD TILL ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS ARE FULLY INCORPORATED
TAKE OUT AND KNEAD FOR 10 MINS
CLING WRAP AND REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT
LASTS 3 WEEKS IN THE FRIDGE
