@@croonky9782 A couple of things to check. 1. Cable - Make sure the cable works. If a friend has the TI-Nspire software loaded on their computer, check to make sure you can use the same cable to transfer files to and from your computer. Some 'imitation' cables are not fully wired and only carry the charging connectivity rather than data. 2. If you have the TI-Nspire software installed on your computer, make sure it is not running when you connect to the website. The TI-Nspire software will 'steal' access to the calculator over the Web-browser. If this is the case, close the software down. Disconnect then reconnect your calculator ... then reload the webpage. 3. If none of the above work, it is possible your computer has already assigned a driver (not the correct one) to the calculator, you need to check the device manager (Windows) to see if your computer recognises the calculator or if it has already assigned a driver when the calculator is connected. 4. Your virus protection software may be preventing your web-browser from connecting to your calculator.

@@TIAustralia nice, a copy paste from the website, real helpful. i figured it out dont worry but do you want to know how i figured it out? i used the browser version. chrome can recognise it but your shitty student software cant. i 100% have the right shit installed but no dice, cunts fucked. i do appreciate the quick response so no hate to the bloke running the channel but fuck me the website really makes you run in circles for nothing and a whole lot of "just install this bro :)) (it wont work)"
