Some bus services already serving on Narrow Roads - 922, 972/972M, 920, 912, 225G/225W and few other feeder services which DDs allowed.

I think he yelled at his colleague. If you look closely, the DD in the opposite direction is impatient. Many vehicles were parked at the side of the road so its really hard especially if both DDs have to get out of their way
