I remember once on kung fu online I was asked what my favorite tech was, and I responded soi kuil bin choy. They told me it was too slow, but that was because they were taught or performing it incorrectly. Can't put it any better than Sifu did in this clip. It all comes down to how you were taught and how YOU execute. I've been around the block more than once, but no one teaches these arts like Sifu Garry. Just know it's hardcore and not easy, but you will gain so much understanding. The Burning Palm is a special art you just have to feel it.

Sifu is 100% correct. You're better off reaching out to Sifu Garry to learn these things the right way the first time around and his hammer-fist understanding and training is second to none. The hammer is one of the tools I have become known for and it's all due to Sifu Garry's teachings. Jabbers hate it if you know what you are doing.
