Short but interesting video and I am glad that both you and your hubby are feeling well in Tibet's unforgiving thin air. I tried going to Qinghai once but after a regular medical checkup, the doctor strongly advised me not to go higher than 10,000 feet. In fact, I was told to avoid going to similar places. As a result, I spent most of my time in Shanghai.

Despite the suffering inflicted on the Chinese people by Japanese troops, Chinese families adopted and raised many Japanese children abandoned by Japanese colonists in NE China. Thank you for sharing your video here! We took Qinghai railway to Tibet in 2016, and spent two weeks around Lhasa and regional area to climatise our body before our last stop Everest Base Camp (we spent a night at the Base Camp amazing experience). BTW: Rachele, I bought my wife the same watch as a wedding present, but she leave it behind at home as its too expense to bring with us on a trip to Tibet.

lovely and friendly restaurant. great hospitality and of course Tibetan cuisine is not from the mainstream foodie which is less spicy. Guess Tibetan are great in meat cuisine and Tsampa , well to each their own palate . Fantastic fun facts and explore Tibetan cuisine and locales.

藏族，由於海拔高，曾經是茶、牛、羊、馬為主要的產地，所以在當地真的要好好品嚐，跟南方的味不一樣，所以到那旅行，要懂他們的文化，也要懂他們其實就是很純樸的民族，除非有人欺負他們的族人，或是到了不該去的景點（不開放的），不然一般還是開放外來者觀光的.

酥油应该是牦牛奶做出来的黄油🧈，Tibetan butter，这东西最大的好处就是给高原的人们快速补充热量和脂肪，传统上，在高原户外作业和旅途中，酥油茶加糌粑是藏族人的日常生活的一部分。请告诉我如果我错了。
